Dutro.com is committed to fast, efficient and affordable shipping. Unless otherwise noted, shipping is FREE for all orders over $30.

Orders received Monday through Thursday are shipped within three business days. Our daily shipping deadline is 12pm MST, Monday through Thursday. We ship to the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please feel free to call us at 866-388-7660.

You can expect delivery of your item(s) after it has shipped from our facility within three to seven business days with the following exceptions:

• Large size items or quantities of items requiring LTL shipping are subject to carrier imposed delivery schedules. While will will try to accommodate shipping requests we cannot guarantee expedited shipping on LTL shipments.
• Heavier items over 70 lbs are subject to carrier restrictions and requirements that may extend your delivery window. We’ll let you know based on your order.

Please understand that all shipping options are estimated. We are subject to carrier delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, local events and holiday delays as published by the carriers.
